1、淺析妊娠合并高血壓對孕婦妊娠結(jié)局的影響黑龍江省綏化市明水縣崇德鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院151771目的:研究分析妊娠合并高血壓對孕婦妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法:此次研宄的對象是選擇2002至2007年入住我院接受治療的72例妊娠合并高血壓孕婦,將其孕期情況進行回顧性分析，并根據(jù)血壓控制情況分成滿意組(A組,52例｝與不滿意組(B組,16例)與70例正常孕婦的妊娠過程進行比較,分析在孕期和并發(fā)癥妊娠結(jié)局方面有無差異。結(jié)果:A組妊娠合并高血壓并發(fā)妊娠期高血壓綜合征、妊娠期糖尿病、高血壓危象、心衰、先兆子癇、腎病綜合征、高度水腫剖宮產(chǎn)率高于對照組(P<0.05＞，圍產(chǎn)兒出生率減
2、低(P<0.05),兩組均無畸形兒發(fā)生。B組并發(fā)糖尿病高血壓危象、心袞、先兆子癇、高度水腫剖宮產(chǎn)率明顯高于對照組(P<0.05)o結(jié)論：重視妊娠期保健，特別是患有高血壓病妊娠，應(yīng)及時診斷，定期門診，有效平穩(wěn)控制血壓，減少并發(fā)癥，提高妊娠的成功率。適時終止妊娠，是妊娠合并高血壓，孕婦平安結(jié)局有效的臨床手段。關(guān)鍵詞：妊娠合并高血壓;控制高血壓;并發(fā)癥[Abstract]Objective:Tostudytheeffectofpregnancycomplicatedwithhypertensiononpregnancyoutcome.Methods:
