6、(英文版)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按(;B/T1.1的編輯要求,根據(jù)ISO3497重新起草。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對應(yīng)ISO3497作了如下修改:—取消了ISO3497的前言內(nèi)容,重新起草r本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)前言;增加了“目次內(nèi)容”;用“本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)’,代替“本國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)代替GB/T16921-1997《金屬覆蓋層覆蓋層厚度測量X射線光譜方法》?本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與GB/T16921-1997相比主要變化如下:—在范圍中增加了警告;—在術(shù)語和定義中增加了基體材料、基體金屬和基體的定義,且將歸一化強(qiáng)度(1997年版的2.本版的2.4)的數(shù)學(xué)符號定義為二.(1997年版為In),相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式也隨之改變;—在3.3.3能量色
7、散中,將波長和能量的關(guān)系式進(jìn)行了修正;—在原理中,將其內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了重新排列,增加了3.5.3比率方法和3.7數(shù)學(xué)反卷積的描述;—對5.1.2隨機(jī)誤差的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差、以及5.6覆蓋層密度的公式進(jìn)行了修正;—對5.16試樣表面的傾斜度的影響,做了更精確的修正;一在儀器的校準(zhǔn)中增加了6.1.5計算機(jī)模擬主要參數(shù)的無標(biāo)樣技術(shù)的描述;本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的附錄A為資料性附錄本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由中國機(jī)械工業(yè)聯(lián)合會提出。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由全國金屬與非金屬覆蓋層標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會歸口。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草單位:機(jī)械工業(yè)表面覆蓋層產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢測中心本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草人:姜新華、凌國偉、劉建國、鐘立暢、宋智玲。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
