1、摘要經(jīng)過(guò)多年的努力,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了迅猛發(fā)展,人民的生活水平也得到了快速地提高,人們對(duì)于服務(wù)的要求也逐漸提高,方便、快捷的服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為服務(wù)業(yè)的主流。由于電子商務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷盛行,使得網(wǎng)上開(kāi)展電子商務(wù)的人數(shù)和企業(yè)的數(shù)量越來(lái)越多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)這種新形式的電子商務(wù),也受到了很多人的青睞。作為社會(huì)大眾中的一個(gè)獨(dú)特群體,大學(xué)生對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)的參與度也越來(lái)越高。顯然,掌握大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)的影響因素對(duì)于企業(yè)發(fā)展大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)市場(chǎng)至關(guān)重要。本文主要通過(guò)在山西農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)信息學(xué)院進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查來(lái)收集數(shù)據(jù),從大學(xué)生消費(fèi)行為現(xiàn)狀、大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)消費(fèi)模式與市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀等角度來(lái)分析大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)消費(fèi)行為的影響因素。分析得出
2、:大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)消費(fèi)行為主要受大學(xué)生自身因素、網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)產(chǎn)品因素、買(mǎi)賣(mài)雙方誠(chéng)信因素、團(tuán)購(gòu)網(wǎng)站安全因素、物流運(yùn)送因素五個(gè)方面的影響。針對(duì)上述五個(gè)方面的影響因素,本文還提出了一些對(duì)策建議,主要包括;正確引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的消費(fèi)觀,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的維權(quán)意識(shí);提高產(chǎn)品的精致設(shè)計(jì),頁(yè)面布局要簡(jiǎn)單新穎;提升商家信譽(yù)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,提高顧客滿意度和忠誠(chéng)度;增強(qiáng)網(wǎng)頁(yè)安全系數(shù),加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)的法律監(jiān)督;加快物流運(yùn)送速度,提高物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞:網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu);大學(xué)生消費(fèi);從眾IAbstractAfteryearsofefforts,China'seconomyhasbeenrapiddevelopment,peo
