1、邏輯無(wú)環(huán)流可逆直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘?要直流電動(dòng)機(jī)具有良好的起制動(dòng)性能,易于在廣泛范圍內(nèi)平滑調(diào)速,在需要高性能可控電力拖動(dòng)的領(lǐng)域中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。直流拖動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)在理論上和實(shí)踐上都比較成熟,而且從反饋閉環(huán)控制的角度來(lái)看,它又是交流拖動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ),所以首先應(yīng)該掌握好直流系統(tǒng)。從生產(chǎn)機(jī)械要求控制的物理量來(lái)看,電力拖動(dòng)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)有調(diào)速系統(tǒng),位置隨動(dòng)系統(tǒng),張力控制系統(tǒng),多電動(dòng)機(jī)同步控制系統(tǒng)等多種類(lèi)型,而各種系統(tǒng)往往都是通過(guò)控制轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,因而調(diào)速系統(tǒng)是最基本的拖動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。在許多生產(chǎn)機(jī)械中,常要求電動(dòng)機(jī)既能正反轉(zhuǎn)
2、,又能快速制動(dòng),需要四象限運(yùn)行的特性,此時(shí)必須采用可逆調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。而本文著重介紹應(yīng)用廣泛的“邏輯無(wú)環(huán)流可逆直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)”的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真。對(duì)于系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),采用工程上對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)器的設(shè)計(jì)方法。而對(duì)系統(tǒng)的仿真,則采用MATLAB中的SIMULINK工具箱對(duì)模型仿真。關(guān)鍵詞:邏輯無(wú)環(huán)流調(diào)速,直流電機(jī),MATLAB仿真-44-DESIGNOFLOGICNON-LOOP-CURRENTREVERSIBLEDCSPEEDCONTROLSYSTEMABSTRACTThedirectcurrentelectricmotorhasagood
