1、90度外圓車刀刃磨位姿及刃磨參數(shù)研究作者:e所在單位:(e2001)指導(dǎo)教師:e[摘要]刀具是機械加工中重要的組成部分,是實現(xiàn)零件加工成形的主要工具。刀具刃磨是刀具制造或刀具用鈍后的重磨,其質(zhì)量好壞對刀具的切削性能和使用壽命起著關(guān)鍵的作用。目前國內(nèi)大部分廠家的車刀是在砂輪機上手工刃磨,這種方法主要依靠技術(shù)工人的技能,刃磨質(zhì)量取決于工人的技術(shù)水平,刃磨精度難以保證?;诖?,本課題旨在研究一臺自動控制的刃磨裝置來實現(xiàn)車刀的自動刃磨。本文分析研究了外圓車刀的結(jié)構(gòu)和幾何參數(shù),闡述了其刃磨方法,建立車刀各刀面的方程和刃磨裝置的數(shù)學(xué)模型。
2、在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究開發(fā)一種五自由度控制的車刀自動刃磨裝置,分析其刃磨運動特性,對此進行設(shè)計。實現(xiàn)五軸移動或者旋轉(zhuǎn),完成所需的刃磨運動。本文研究的目的就是要提高車刀的刃磨質(zhì)量,降低制造成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率。通過對車刀自動刃磨技術(shù)和數(shù)控研究,設(shè)計的刃磨裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對車刀的自動刃磨和重磨,以提高車刀的刃磨精度和刃磨效率,減少工人的工作強度,滿足現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)對車刀刃磨的要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]:外圓車刀;刃磨AbstractThecutterplaysimportantfunctionduringmechanicalworking,itisthema
