1、摘要樹脂基復合材料以其輕質、高強、高磨等特性廣泛應用于航空航天、汽車工業(yè)等領域。雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂同樣具有良好的耐高溫、耐輻射、耐濕熱、吸濕率低和熱膨脹系數(shù)小等一系列優(yōu)良特性,克服了環(huán)氧樹脂耐熱性相對較低和耐高溫聚酰亞胺樹脂成型溫度高壓力大的缺點。但是,由于雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂固化物的交聯(lián)密度高、分子鏈剛性大而使其呈現(xiàn)出較大脆性,表現(xiàn)為抗沖擊性差、斷裂韌性低。因此,基于本課題,我們需要對BMI樹脂進行改性,提出以環(huán)氧樹脂改性雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂來提高其韌性。本文采用環(huán)氧樹脂改性雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂,探究環(huán)氧/雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂體系,研究了環(huán)氧樹脂用量對雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂力學性能的影響與其
2、熱變形溫度的關系。通過實驗,得出環(huán)氧樹脂改性雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂的最佳配比,其配比為E44:MDA:BMI=1:1:2.。研究表明,經(jīng)過改性的雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂在保持優(yōu)良的耐熱性的同時,其韌性也有顯著的提高。說明改性后的雙馬來酰亞胺復合材料具有良好的耐熱性、韌性和實用性。關鍵詞:雙馬來酰亞胺樹脂;環(huán)氧樹脂;力學性能;熱變形溫度AbstractPolymermatrixcompositesarewidelyusedinaerospace,automotiveindustryandotherfields,becauseoftheirlightweight,highstrength
