1、摘要樹(shù)脂基復(fù)合材料以其輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、高磨等特性廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、汽車(chē)工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂同樣具有良好的耐高溫、耐輻射、耐濕熱、吸濕率低和熱膨脹系數(shù)小等一系列優(yōu)良特性,克服了環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂耐熱性相對(duì)較低和耐高溫聚酰亞胺樹(shù)脂成型溫度高壓力大的缺點(diǎn)。但是,由于雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂固化物的交聯(lián)密度高、分子鏈剛性大而使其呈現(xiàn)出較大脆性,表現(xiàn)為抗沖擊性差、斷裂韌性低。因此,基于本課題,我們需要對(duì)BMI樹(shù)脂進(jìn)行改性,提出以環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂改性雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂來(lái)提高其韌性。本文采用環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂改性雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂,探究環(huán)氧/雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂體系,研究了環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂用量對(duì)雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂力學(xué)性能的影響與其
2、熱變形溫度的關(guān)系。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn),得出環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂改性雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂的最佳配比,其配比為E44:MDA:BMI=1:1:2.。研究表明,經(jīng)過(guò)改性的雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂在保持優(yōu)良的耐熱性的同時(shí),其韌性也有顯著的提高。說(shuō)明改性后的雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺復(fù)合材料具有良好的耐熱性、韌性和實(shí)用性。關(guān)鍵詞:雙馬來(lái)酰亞胺樹(shù)脂;環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂;力學(xué)性能;熱變形溫度AbstractPolymermatrixcompositesarewidelyusedinaerospace,automotiveindustryandotherfields,becauseoftheirlightweight,highstrength
