1、河南理工大學(xué)萬(wàn)方科技學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)（論文）說(shuō)明書(shū)摘要調(diào)度絞車(chē)是礦山生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中最常用的機(jī)電設(shè)備，主要用于煤礦井下和其他礦山在傾角度小于30度的巷道中拖運(yùn)礦車(chē)及其它輔助搬運(yùn)工作，也可用于回采工作面和掘進(jìn)工作面裝載站上調(diào)度編組礦車(chē)。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中根據(jù)絞車(chē)牽引力選擇電動(dòng)的型號(hào)以及鋼絲繩的直徑，選擇后驗(yàn)證速度是否與設(shè)計(jì)要求速度一致，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計(jì)絞車(chē)是通過(guò)兩級(jí)行星輪系及所采用的浮動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)完成絞車(chē)的減速和傳動(dòng)，其兩級(jí)行星齒輪傳動(dòng)分別在滾筒的兩側(cè)，從而根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求確定行星減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和各個(gè)傳動(dòng)部件的尺寸，根據(jù)滾筒的結(jié)構(gòu)形式選擇制動(dòng)裝置為帶式制動(dòng)，并對(duì)各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)零部件進(jìn)行校核等等。絞車(chē)通過(guò)操縱工作閘和制動(dòng)閘來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)
