1、摘要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,各項事業(yè)也在飛速的前進(jìn)。工業(yè)的發(fā)展尤為突出,因此對工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程的控制也提出了更高的要求。而配料工序是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),其配料精度直接影響著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。針對實際問題,本設(shè)計在進(jìn)行了一系列的考察后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)實的需求,加上對ARM控制器的理解和分析,采用ARM7控制器(LPC2131)來實現(xiàn)自動配料系統(tǒng)的控制。詳細(xì)講述了自動配料系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計步驟,著重對軟件開發(fā)與硬件調(diào)試做了介紹,完成了配料的硬件配置和軟件設(shè)計,并利用鍵盤顯示模塊實現(xiàn)實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。本設(shè)計主要分為四部分,其中第
2、一部分對前人的配料系統(tǒng)做了簡要的介紹,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實條件,對本次設(shè)計做了簡要的分析和設(shè)想。第二部分根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計要求,結(jié)合自己的實踐經(jīng)驗,提出了合理的設(shè)計方案,并對設(shè)計步驟作了進(jìn)一步的介紹。另外對資源的配置以及在現(xiàn)實中上料裝置的原理做了介紹。第三部分對配料系統(tǒng)硬件的設(shè)計進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的講解。第四部分對編程軟件和編程中所用到的一些指令作了介紹,對部分程序作了詳細(xì)的解讀。本設(shè)計通過軟硬件之間的配合與調(diào)試,從而達(dá)到工業(yè)設(shè)計的要求,實現(xiàn)配料的自動化控制。關(guān)鍵詞:ARM控制器;LPC2131;自動配料系統(tǒng)ABSTRACTWith
