1、H2S對(duì)兔離體心臟心率的影響作者:陳立鋒徐濤范凌趙蘭平陳少峰溫曉競(jìng)張曉云馬建偉尹萬斌【摘要】目的:探討硫化氫(H2S)對(duì)兔離體心臟心率的影響。方法:用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)微電極細(xì)胞內(nèi)記錄技術(shù),觀測(cè)硫化氫對(duì)兔右心房心肌細(xì)胞動(dòng)作電位頻率的影響。觀測(cè)指標(biāo):自發(fā)放電頻率(rateofpacemakerfiring,RPF)。結(jié)果:(1)用200μmol/LNaHS灌流時(shí),和正常對(duì)照組相比,RPF顯著減?。≒<0.01)。(2)400μmol/LNaHS與對(duì)照組比較,RPF顯著減?。≒<0.01)。和200μmol/LN
