5、ignificance（x2=8.27，P0.05），具有可比性。1.2方法治療組以復(fù)方倍他米松注射液（商品名得寶松，上海先靈葆雅制藥有限公司）局部注射1次+次日夜間給予氟芬那酸丁酯（商品名布特，沈陽市抗生素廠）封包，1次/d，連續(xù)4周。復(fù)方倍他米松皮損內(nèi)注射方法[2]:將1ml復(fù)方倍他米松注射液用2%利多卡因或注射用水稀釋8倍備用，常規(guī)消毒皮損處待干，取稀釋液在結(jié)節(jié)處逐個封閉注射，以患者能耐受為度。次日夜間給予氟芬那酸丁酯軟膏封包，操作方法：穿戴無菌手套取氟芬那酸丁酯軟膏適量涂于每個皮損，藥膏厚度以0.2cm為宜，局部以保鮮膜封包，封包時間為2?3h。對照組僅以復(fù)方
