1、馬齒莧總黃酮抗小鼠缺氧作用及其機(jī)制研究論文董立巍,王萬(wàn)銀,岳義田,李敏【關(guān)鍵詞】,馬齒莧[摘要]目的:篩選馬齒莧抗缺氧作用有效成分,并對(duì)篩選出的有效成分進(jìn)行作用機(jī)制的研究。方法:馬齒莧抗缺氧作用有效成分篩選:將70只小鼠隨機(jī)分為總黃酮組、總生物堿組、多糖組、酸性成分組、堿性成分組、人參總皂苷組(陽(yáng)性對(duì)照)和生理鹽水組(陰性對(duì)照),每組10只。各組小鼠予以相應(yīng)藥物灌胃1周后,進(jìn)行常壓缺氧暴露生存時(shí)間實(shí)驗(yàn),篩選出馬齒莧抗缺氧作用的有效成分。馬齒莧總黃酮抗缺氧機(jī)制研究:將90只小鼠隨機(jī)分為總黃酮組、人參總皂苷組和生理鹽水組.freelRNA的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果:與生理鹽水組比較,馬齒莧總黃酮組小鼠缺
2、氧暴露生存時(shí)間明顯延長(zhǎng);馬齒莧總黃酮組小鼠不同缺氧時(shí)段腎臟和大腦皮質(zhì)EPOmRNA的表達(dá)水平明顯增加,血漿EPO、紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和血紅蛋白含量亦明顯升高。結(jié)論:總黃酮是馬齒莧抗缺氧作用的有效成分,其延長(zhǎng)小鼠缺氧生存時(shí)間的機(jī)制可能是促進(jìn)EPO的表達(dá)以及紅細(xì)胞和血紅蛋白的生成。[關(guān)鍵詞]馬齒莧;黃酮;缺氧;血紅蛋白類(lèi);紅細(xì)胞生成素EffectsofflavonesextractedfromPortulacaoleraceaonabilityofhypoxiatoleranceinmiceanditsmechanismABSTRACTObjective:Toidentifyantihypoxiain
