2、血管新生化過程的作用。方法采用密度梯度離心法分離人臍血EPCs。應(yīng)用人腦膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞系U87細(xì)胞建立原位移植動物模型,于瘤細(xì)胞接種后第7d將EPCs經(jīng)尾靜脈注入荷瘤鼠,并分別于尾靜脈注射后第7、14和21d,觀察EPCs植入后在移植瘤血管新生過程中的募集、整合作用以及對腫瘤生長的影響。結(jié)果膠質(zhì)瘤原位移植模型的成瘤率100%。在EPCs植入后的第14和21d,被募集和整合到腫瘤血管中的EPCs數(shù)量顯著多于第7d(P<0.05),腫瘤的微血管密度和移植瘤的體積也顯著高于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論人臍血EPC能夠被募集并整合到腫瘤血管中促進(jìn)膠質(zhì)瘤的生長,提示其在膠質(zhì)瘤的血管新生化過程中可能具有
