1、對(duì)減小無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)方法的最小換相時(shí)間研究王少鵬,張安堂(空軍工程大學(xué)防空反導(dǎo)學(xué)院,西安710051)摘要:針對(duì)無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)存在較嚴(yán)重的換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)問(wèn)題,提出在換相期間,利用三相繞組共同調(diào)制方法,使關(guān)斷相與導(dǎo)通相電流變化速度在每個(gè)PWM周期內(nèi)保持一致,從而減小換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究了換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)與換相時(shí)間之間的關(guān)系,通過(guò)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用線性規(guī)劃分析方法,提出了在最短換相時(shí)間內(nèi)減小換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的三相調(diào)制占空比邊界條件,即最小換相時(shí)間法則,并通過(guò)設(shè)定占空比閾值使三相繞組共同調(diào)制方法適用于全速段。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用最小換相時(shí)間法則的三相繞組共同調(diào)制可以較好地抑制換相轉(zhuǎn)矩

7、lessDCMotor,BLDCM)作為一種機(jī)電一體化新型產(chǎn)品,具有效率高、控制簡(jiǎn)單、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定、功率密度大等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)控制、航空航天等領(lǐng)域都得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用[1]。但由于電機(jī)本體繞組相電感的存在,相電流不能突變,電流在上升與下降階段都需要一段時(shí)間,從而導(dǎo)致電機(jī)在換相期間出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的問(wèn)題,脈動(dòng)值甚至可以達(dá)到平均轉(zhuǎn)矩的一半,因此減小無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)的換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)[2~12]成為眾多學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)。文獻(xiàn)
