1、CpG基序重組質(zhì)粒增強(qiáng)小鼠免疫和抗病力的效應(yīng)遺傳學(xué)專業(yè)研究生：靳艷指導(dǎo)老師：高榮教授為研制安全高效免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑增強(qiáng)動(dòng)物免疫抗病能力，本實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)合成含11個(gè)CpG基序的寡聚核苷酸，重組構(gòu)建含CpG的VRl012質(zhì)粒(VRlC)：制備殼聚糖納米顆粒包裹重組質(zhì)粒(CNP-VRlC)，肌注接種3周齡昆明小白鼠，設(shè)殼聚糖包裹空質(zhì)粒和生理鹽水對(duì)照組；接種后28天口服大腸桿菌攻毒觀察小鼠天然免疫的變化和對(duì)強(qiáng)毒感染的抵抗力，SandwichELISA測(cè)定血清免疫球蛋白和白細(xì)胞介素含量。研究結(jié)果表明：CNP-VRlC能顯著提高小鼠血清IgG、IgM和IgA含量，促進(jìn)小鼠血清IL一2、I
