1、江蘇大學工商管理碩士(MBA)學位論文摘要伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和全球化進程加快,我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來了前所未有的契機,一些新興的物流企業(yè)紛紛涌現(xiàn),許多知名的國際物流企業(yè)也加快了進入中國市場的步伐,從而加劇了我國物流市場的競爭,各類物流企業(yè)面臨著重新洗牌的新局面,企業(yè)要想在競爭激烈的市場環(huán)境下站穩(wěn)腳跟,就必須要制定科學系統(tǒng)的物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以指導企業(yè)提高自身的核心競爭力。本文以Z物流公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對象,運用戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的PEST分析和SWOT分析方示,對Z公司目前的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行全面系統(tǒng)的梳理,提出在動態(tài)競
2、爭環(huán)境中Z公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:從原來的單純強調(diào)低成本領先發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾率袌鲩_發(fā)滲透、差異化競爭及合作發(fā)展等戰(zhàn)略的組合。為保障Z公司新發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的成功實施,提出Z公司應更新經(jīng)營理念,強化創(chuàng)新意識:加強客戶關系管理和成本控制,突破資源瓶頸,實施專業(yè)化的增值服務,完善物流信息網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng),加強業(yè)務流程監(jiān)控,構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,強化物流資源的整合,重視人力資源管理和完善組織架構(gòu)調(diào)整等方面進行公司資源整合,使Z公司能在較短的時間內(nèi)提升競爭力,在競爭日趨激烈的物流行業(yè)站穩(wěn)腳跟,實現(xiàn)公司的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。關鍵詞:物流公司,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,成本領先戰(zhàn)略,差異化戰(zhàn)
