1、江蘇大學(xué)工商管理碩士(MBA)學(xué)位論文摘要伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和全球化進(jìn)程加快,我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來了前所未有的契機(jī),一些新興的物流企業(yè)紛紛涌現(xiàn),許多知名的國際物流企業(yè)也加快了進(jìn)入中國市場(chǎng)的步伐,從而加劇了我國物流市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),各類物流企業(yè)面臨著重新洗牌的新局面,企業(yè)要想在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下站穩(wěn)腳跟,就必須要制定科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的物流發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以指導(dǎo)企業(yè)提高自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文以Z物流公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的PEST分析和SWOT分析方示,對(duì)Z公司目前的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的梳理,提出在動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)
2、爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中Z公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:從原來的單純強(qiáng)調(diào)低成本領(lǐng)先發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾率袌?chǎng)開發(fā)滲透、差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)及合作發(fā)展等戰(zhàn)略的組合。為保障Z公司新發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的成功實(shí)施,提出Z公司應(yīng)更新經(jīng)營理念,強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)新意識(shí):加強(qiáng)客戶關(guān)系管理和成本控制,突破資源瓶頸,實(shí)施專業(yè)化的增值服務(wù),完善物流信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)流程監(jiān)控,構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,強(qiáng)化物流資源的整合,重視人力資源管理和完善組織架構(gòu)調(diào)整等方面進(jìn)行公司資源整合,使Z公司能在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的物流行業(yè)站穩(wěn)腳跟,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:物流公司,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略,差異化戰(zhàn)
