1、山東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文立輥式玉米摘穗—莖稈切碎裝置的研制姓名：趙洪光申請學(xué)位級別：碩士專業(yè)：農(nóng)業(yè)機械化工程指導(dǎo)教師：張道林20050510摘要在對國內(nèi)外玉米摘穗和莖稈切碎裝置研究的基礎(chǔ)上，研制出一種用于玉米收獲機的集玉米果穗摘收和莖稈切碎于一體的立輥式玉米摘穗莖稈切碎裝置。采用理論設(shè)計與試驗分析相結(jié)合的方法對各個部件的結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。為了提高玉米收獲機對不同行距的適應(yīng)性，采用往復(fù)式切割器與分禾撥禾器相結(jié)合，并對分禾撥禾器結(jié)構(gòu)進行改進和優(yōu)化，實現(xiàn)了完全不對行收獲；根據(jù)夾持輸送裝置中夾持速度、攫取力、夾緊力的分析和實驗結(jié)果對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了改進，使夾持輸送裝置的可靠性大大提高；為了滿足玉米聯(lián)
2、合收獲機穗莖兼收的要求，提出立輥式玉米摘穗與莖稈切碎裝置和3段式摘穗輥結(jié)構(gòu)，推導(dǎo)出立輥式玉米摘穗輥各段長度的計算公式，經(jīng)過試驗確定了主要參數(shù)的選擇依據(jù)及應(yīng)用范圍，經(jīng)試驗和應(yīng)用證明結(jié)構(gòu)合理；立式滾刀切碎裝置是研究的創(chuàng)新點，通過對技術(shù)參數(shù)分析、計算和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的分析，經(jīng)試驗分析證明該裝置能夠滿足要求：對拋送和果穗輸送裝置進行了理論設(shè)計和試驗，確定出主要參數(shù)，并通過試驗對存在問題加以改進。在玉米收獲季節(jié)，將該裝置應(yīng)用到自走式收獲機上進行了大量的田間試驗。結(jié)果表明，立輥式玉米摘穗莖稈切碎收獲裝置對不同行距的玉米收獲和莖稈切碎回收具有廣泛的適應(yīng)性。關(guān)鍵詞：立輥式，摘穗輥，莖稈切碎，試驗AbstractAv
