2、新研制了一種秸稈回收型玉米聯(lián)合收獲機,該機配有水平橫置式摘穗裝置與秸稈調(diào)質(zhì)裝置,它能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對摘過穗后的玉米秸稈進行調(diào)質(zhì)處理,使秸稈的含水率迅速下降,以便于盡早完成秸稈回收、騰開地塊、進行小麥播種。本文是以該秸稈回收型玉米聯(lián)合收獲機中的摘穗裝置和秸稈調(diào)質(zhì)裝置為研究對象,在市場調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,查閱了大量文獻資料,設(shè)計制造了玉米摘穗及調(diào)質(zhì)裝置試驗臺,以洛陽地區(qū)的神丹-16號玉米的帶穗秸稈為試驗物料,分別采用正交試驗法和雙因素試驗法進行試驗,得出了摘穗裝置和調(diào)質(zhì)裝置在試驗范圍內(nèi)的最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合。試驗結(jié)果表明:摘穗裝置在水平輸送帶速為3.5m/s,摘輥間隙為1
