1、摘要沖裁工藝在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用廣泛,沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)技術(shù)性和經(jīng)驗(yàn)性都很強(qiáng)的工作。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書提供的零件圖紙要求,用AutoCAD進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果選擇合理的沖壓工藝和合理的模具結(jié)構(gòu),在此基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化零件結(jié)構(gòu)和選擇合適的零件材料。經(jīng)過(guò)查閱資料,首先要對(duì)零件進(jìn)行工藝分析,經(jīng)過(guò)工藝分析和對(duì)比,采用沖孔落料工序,通過(guò)沖裁力、頂件力、卸料力等計(jì)算,確定壓力機(jī)的型號(hào)。再分析對(duì)沖壓件加工所需的模具類型,選擇所需設(shè)計(jì)的模具類型。本文首先敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,模具在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中的作用,和在整個(gè)
2、國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位。說(shuō)明了沖壓模具的重要性與本次設(shè)計(jì)的意義,接著是簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明了模具設(shè)計(jì)的基本概念和模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟、模具的分類、模具零件的分類、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、沖壓的基本概念、沖壓工藝基礎(chǔ)理論、塑性力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論。然后對(duì)沖壓件進(jìn)行工藝分析,完成了工藝方案的確定,對(duì)零件排樣圖的設(shè)計(jì),完成了材料利用率的計(jì)算。再進(jìn)行沖裁工藝力的計(jì)算和沖裁模工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,為選擇沖壓設(shè)備提供依據(jù)。其次對(duì)主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇,為本次模具零件圖的繪制和模具的成形提供依據(jù),以及為裝配圖各尺寸提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)前面的設(shè)計(jì)方案畫出模具各零
