1、河南理工大學2010屆本科生畢業(yè)設計(論文)摘要煤炭在中國能源中占有重要地位，世界環(huán)境問題的日益嚴重,都要求我們能夠潔凈的利用煤炭。在選煤廠的新建、改建、擴建中，要不斷的優(yōu)化選煤工藝，合理選擇先進的選煤設備，確定合理的廠房車間布置，以及選擇適合于選煤廠的管理方法等等，都將提高選煤效益，建設節(jié)約高效的選煤廠，都將不斷的弱化這些問題。本設計所用的資料為兗州鮑店選煤廠提供的煤質篩分、浮沉資料，首先對收集的煤質資料的審查、校正和綜合，得到可選性曲線。然后根據(jù)可選性初步確定工藝流程，計算數(shù)質量流程、介質和水流程平衡，選擇合適的設備。最后依據(jù)設備選用情況和設備
2、聯(lián)系圖，對各個車間進行布置，并對總的工業(yè)場地進行總體規(guī)劃。另外，本設計還對生產(chǎn)輔助設施、環(huán)保、勞動定員等方面進行了闡述。本設計根據(jù)該廠的煤質特點，設計采用三產(chǎn)品重介+浮選流程，工藝流程簡單適用，易于生產(chǎn)管理。對礦區(qū)難選及較難選煤質較為適應，設計向著簡單高效重介工藝選煤方向發(fā)展。關鍵詞：選煤；重介；三產(chǎn)品旋流器I河南理工大學2010屆本科生畢業(yè)設計(論文)AbstractCoalinChina'senergyoccupiesanimportantpositionintheworldofincreasinglyseriousenvironmentalp
