1、河南理工大學(xué)2010屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要煤炭在中國(guó)能源中占有重要地位，世界環(huán)境問題的日益嚴(yán)重,都要求我們能夠潔凈的利用煤炭。在選煤廠的新建、改建、擴(kuò)建中，要不斷的優(yōu)化選煤工藝，合理選擇先進(jìn)的選煤設(shè)備，確定合理的廠房車間布置，以及選擇適合于選煤廠的管理方法等等，都將提高選煤效益，建設(shè)節(jié)約高效的選煤廠，都將不斷的弱化這些問題。本設(shè)計(jì)所用的資料為兗州鮑店選煤廠提供的煤質(zhì)篩分、浮沉資料，首先對(duì)收集的煤質(zhì)資料的審查、校正和綜合，得到可選性曲線。然后根據(jù)可選性初步確定工藝流程，計(jì)算數(shù)質(zhì)量流程、介質(zhì)和水流程平衡，選擇合適的設(shè)備。最后依據(jù)設(shè)備選用情況和設(shè)備
2、聯(lián)系圖，對(duì)各個(gè)車間進(jìn)行布置，并對(duì)總的工業(yè)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行總體規(guī)劃。另外，本設(shè)計(jì)還對(duì)生產(chǎn)輔助設(shè)施、環(huán)保、勞動(dòng)定員等方面進(jìn)行了闡述。本設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)該廠的煤質(zhì)特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)采用三產(chǎn)品重介+浮選流程，工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單適用，易于生產(chǎn)管理。對(duì)礦區(qū)難選及較難選煤質(zhì)較為適應(yīng)，設(shè)計(jì)向著簡(jiǎn)單高效重介工藝選煤方向發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞：選煤；重介；三產(chǎn)品旋流器I河南理工大學(xué)2010屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)AbstractCoalinChina'senergyoccupiesanimportantpositionintheworldofincreasinglyseriousenvironmentalp
