1、基于微機的多梳櫛經(jīng)編機的研究中文摘要通過對機械式多梳櫛經(jīng)編機的機構和運動分析,配合對氨綸面料的加工工藝,研制了基于電腦的多梳櫛經(jīng)編機。傳統(tǒng)的多梳櫛經(jīng)編機的執(zhí)行機構要求加工精度高、結構復雜。通過對步進電機的運動特性分析,結合滾珠絲桿的高效性和同步性好,提出了用步進電機滾珠絲桿驅動梳櫛,再由控制系統(tǒng)補償誤差的辦法,簡化了機構,試驗結果表明執(zhí)行機構能滿足經(jīng)編機加工的要求??刂葡到y(tǒng)由MCS8032擴展程序存儲器和數(shù)據(jù)存儲器,從而有足夠的存儲單元存儲多種經(jīng)編花型的數(shù)據(jù),縮短了經(jīng)編加工的輔助時間,用霍爾元件作為梳櫛動作開始輸
2、入信號,運用了絕對編碼器反饋,有效的補償了步進電機的失步。步進電機驅動器運用了高低壓驅動電路,光電隔離信號輸入/輸出,設有電壓過低、過熱及過流保護,提高了步進電機的可靠性。步進電機的升降速用軟件查表的方式,按階梯升降速達到快速定位的目的。軟件設有斷點保護程序,確保當意外停機時,保存當前的加工參數(shù),以便再開機時能繼續(xù)中斷的工作。在工廠現(xiàn)場的實際測試中,增加了系統(tǒng)的抗干擾措施。使系統(tǒng)能在電磁場強的場所穩(wěn)定工作。實驗結果表明,控制系統(tǒng)能穩(wěn)定地工作,執(zhí)行加工準確地完成要求的動作。關鍵詞:多梳櫛經(jīng)彰#}1,1Tt16}J.
