1、2015年第36卷第1期增刊三七提取物對(duì)蛋雞產(chǎn)蛋后期蛋品質(zhì)及免疫功能的影響■田向?qū)W李鵬李平孫英峰穆淑琴(天津市畜牧獸醫(yī)研究所,天津300384)摘要:為了研究日糧中不同水平三七提取物(PNS)對(duì)產(chǎn)蛋后期蛋雞雞蛋品質(zhì)及免疫功能的影響,采用單因素完全隨機(jī)分組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),選擇同一批次288只55周齡的健康海蘭蛋雞,隨機(jī)分成4組(每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)12只雞),各組日糧中三七總皂甙(PNS)的添加量分別為0mg/kg(A組)、50mg/kg(B組)、100mg/kg(C組)、150mg/kg(D組)。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)為期60d,結(jié)果
2、表明,試驗(yàn)C、D組蛋形指數(shù)顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);試驗(yàn)B、D組蛋白高度比對(duì)照組提高26.92%、34.91%,差異顯著(P<0.05),哈夫單位比對(duì)照組提高19.27%、18.37%,差異顯著(P<0.05);試驗(yàn)B、C、D組蛋黃膽固醇與對(duì)照組相比分別降低6.93%、10.64%、11.59%,各組與對(duì)照組相比差異極顯著(P<0.01);添加PNS對(duì)雞蛋蛋殼厚度、蛋殼強(qiáng)度、蛋黃相對(duì)重、蛋白相對(duì)重、蛋黃顏色均無(wú)顯著影響(P>0.05)。試驗(yàn)B組血清IgA、IgG含量比對(duì)照組高4.41%、10.55%,差異顯著(
