5、icient,safecharacters.SincetheAmericanexperimentalreactorNo.1(EBR-1)generateelectricalpowerbynuclearpowerforthefirsttimeinDecember,1981,theworldnuclearenergyhasdevelopedfor50years.Bytheendof2007,accordingtothestatisticsofInternationalAtomicEnergyAgency(IAEA),439
6、nuclearpowerplantsintotally31countriesareoperating.Theenergygeneratedbynuclearenergyaccountsfor6%ofworldenergy,13-14%ofworldelectricity[1].Nuclearenergyisasourceofsufficient,widelyusedenergy.Ifittakesplaceoffossilenergyforelectricity,thegreenhouseeffectwillbeals
