2、,對照組(CK)澆等量自來水,3d后釆集玉米葉片測定生理指標(biāo)。與對照組相比較,低劑量輻射可以提高玉米種子發(fā)芽率,高劑量輻射降低發(fā)芽率,4種不同時間長度的處理均可以提高蛋白酶的活性,經(jīng)過高濃度CdCl?處理的玉米幼苗葉片屮的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和過氧化物酶(POD)等酶的活性低于對照組,蛋白質(zhì)的含量低于對照組,葉綠素a、b的含量明顯低于對照。這表明,用適宜劑量的微波輻射處理玉米種子能提高玉米的發(fā)芽率,有助于玉米幼苗的生長發(fā)育,低濃度的鎘溶液能夠促進(jìn)玉米幼苗中S0I)和P0I)的活性,高濃度的鎘溶液
