1、光子晶體波導(dǎo)慢光特性研究第31卷??第1期2011年1月光??學(xué)??學(xué)??報(bào)Vol.31,No.lJanuary,2011曲連杰??楊躍德??黃永箴(中國(guó)科學(xué)院半導(dǎo)體研究所集成光電子學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京100083)摘要??基于二維三角晶格空氣孔光子晶體,通過(guò)在光子晶體單線(xiàn)缺陷波導(dǎo)兩側(cè)引入不同的耦合腔,設(shè)計(jì)了慢光特性較好的波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)。利用平面波展開(kāi)法計(jì)算波導(dǎo)的色散曲線(xiàn),并分析慢光模式的群速度和群速度色散特性。耦合腔釆用單缺陷腔時(shí),適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)波導(dǎo)寬度可以獲得在零色散點(diǎn)群速度為0.0128c的慢光模式,對(duì)應(yīng)在1.55??m波長(zhǎng)處的帶寬為409G
2、HZo耦合腔采用長(zhǎng)軸與波導(dǎo)方向呈60??的雙缺陷腔,在超原胞大小為4a9b(a,b分別為光子晶體在x,y方向的周期)時(shí),通過(guò)調(diào)整波導(dǎo)寬度,可以獲得在零色散點(diǎn)群速度為0.0070c的慢光模式,對(duì)應(yīng)在1.55??m波長(zhǎng)處的帶寬為226GHZo進(jìn)一步增大沿波導(dǎo)方向上雙缺陷腔之間的距離,可以獲得在零色散點(diǎn)群速度為0.0011c的慢光模式。同時(shí)可以根據(jù)具體情況選擇合適的波導(dǎo)寬度參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)滿(mǎn)足不同要求的慢光波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)。關(guān)鍵詞??光通信;光子晶體波導(dǎo);平面波展開(kāi)法;慢光;零色散點(diǎn)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)??TN929.11??????文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼??A??????doi:1
