1、光子晶體波導慢光特性研究第31卷??第1期2011年1月光??學??學??報Vol.31,No.lJanuary,2011曲連杰??楊躍德??黃永箴(中國科學院半導體研究所集成光電子學國家重點聯(lián)合實驗室,北京100083)摘要??基于二維三角晶格空氣孔光子晶體,通過在光子晶體單線缺陷波導兩側(cè)引入不同的耦合腔,設(shè)計了慢光特性較好的波導結(jié)構(gòu)。利用平面波展開法計算波導的色散曲線,并分析慢光模式的群速度和群速度色散特性。耦合腔釆用單缺陷腔時,適當調(diào)節(jié)波導寬度可以獲得在零色散點群速度為0.0128c的慢光模式,對應(yīng)在1.55??m波長處的帶寬為409G
2、HZo耦合腔采用長軸與波導方向呈60??的雙缺陷腔,在超原胞大小為4a9b(a,b分別為光子晶體在x,y方向的周期)時,通過調(diào)整波導寬度,可以獲得在零色散點群速度為0.0070c的慢光模式,對應(yīng)在1.55??m波長處的帶寬為226GHZo進一步增大沿波導方向上雙缺陷腔之間的距離,可以獲得在零色散點群速度為0.0011c的慢光模式。同時可以根據(jù)具體情況選擇合適的波導寬度參數(shù),設(shè)計滿足不同要求的慢光波導結(jié)構(gòu)。關(guān)鍵詞??光通信;光子晶體波導;平面波展開法;慢光;零色散點中圖分類號??TN929.11??????文獻標識碼??A??????doi:1
