1、AbstractGuangdongProvinceisdrivingChina'seconomicgrowthinthoseprovinces,thecommodityexportssince1986rankedfirstinChina,in2012theexporttradevolumereachedUS$574billionaccountingfor28%ofthenationalexporttrade,totalimporttradehasreached22.54%ofthecountry.Asrapideconomicgrowth
2、,thescaleofforeigntraderapidriseatthesametime,environmentalproblemsarefrequentlyhappened.Howtoeffectivelydealwitheconomicgrowth,environmentalregulationismoreandmorestrongappeal,becomeswhatneedtosolve.Thispaperintendstocalculatecarbondioxideemissionsthrough28kindsofenergyc
3、alculationofdischargecoefficientbasedontheIPCCrecommendation.ForeignTradeEmbodiedCarboncalculatedbasedoninputoutputtable.TheRASmethodispresentedinthispapertoworkouttheinput-outputtablefrom2000to2012,thencalculatetheindex(PTT)tomeasuretheenvironmentaltradetermsandcondition
4、softhesestandards,thispaperselected16manufacturingindustriesandtheresultshowed:in2000,thereare9department’sPTTisgreaterthanthestandardvalueof1,ofwhichtheenvironmenttradeconditionssuchasmetalproductsindustryis"bad",until2012thisamountreducedto5,thatmeansenvironmentalcondit
5、ionsbecomegreaterthanbefore.Atthesametime,theuseofCole(2008)pollutionregulationequationproposed,anddrawtheconclusion:intheindustrylevel,improvethehumancapitalisthemosteffectivemethodtooptimizethetradeconditions,fromdifferentsectors:increasethescaleofenterprisesoflowcarbon
