1、中國瓜菜試驗研究:高溫脅迫對不同西瓜幼苗生長和生理特性的影響及綜合評價張力,李桂芬,李文信,覃斯華,黃金艷,何毅,洪日新(1.廣西農(nóng)業(yè)科學院蔬菜研究所南寧530007;2.廣西農(nóng)業(yè)科學院園藝研究所南寧530007)摘要:以15份不同性狀西瓜為試驗材料,研究高溫脅迫對西瓜幼苗3項生長指標和6項生理指標的影響,并采用隸屬函數(shù)方法和系統(tǒng)聚類分析對各西瓜幼苗耐熱性進行綜合評價,初步篩選出耐熱試材,為西瓜耐熱育種提供條件。結(jié)果表明:高溫脅迫后各西瓜幼苗的生長受到抑制,與對照相比株高、莖粗度、葉面積、總?cè)~綠素含量和SOD活性均出現(xiàn)
2、不同程度下降,相對電導率、丙二醛含量和POD活性均呈現(xiàn)不同程度上升,脯氨酸含量變化趨勢不一致,表現(xiàn)為耐熱材料含量增加,不耐熱材料含量下降。通過綜合評價得到4類不同耐熱性試材,其中耐熱性差試材1個,耐熱性一般試材8個,耐熱性較好試材2個,耐熱性好試材4個。關(guān)鍵詞:高溫脅迫;西瓜幼苗;生長指標;生理指標;綜合評價Efectofhightemperaturestressonthegrowthandphysiologicalproper-tyofdiferentwatermelonseedlingsandtheircompre
