1、中國瓜菜試驗研究:高溫脅迫對不同西瓜幼苗生長和生理特性的影響及綜合評價張力,李桂芬,李文信,覃斯華,黃金艷,何毅,洪日新(1.廣西農業(yè)科學院蔬菜研究所南寧530007;2.廣西農業(yè)科學院園藝研究所南寧530007)摘要:以15份不同性狀西瓜為試驗材料,研究高溫脅迫對西瓜幼苗3項生長指標和6項生理指標的影響,并采用隸屬函數方法和系統聚類分析對各西瓜幼苗耐熱性進行綜合評價,初步篩選出耐熱試材,為西瓜耐熱育種提供條件。結果表明:高溫脅迫后各西瓜幼苗的生長受到抑制,與對照相比株高、莖粗度、葉面積、總葉綠素含量和SOD活性均出現
2、不同程度下降,相對電導率、丙二醛含量和POD活性均呈現不同程度上升,脯氨酸含量變化趨勢不一致,表現為耐熱材料含量增加,不耐熱材料含量下降。通過綜合評價得到4類不同耐熱性試材,其中耐熱性差試材1個,耐熱性一般試材8個,耐熱性較好試材2個,耐熱性好試材4個。關鍵詞:高溫脅迫;西瓜幼苗;生長指標;生理指標;綜合評價Efectofhightemperaturestressonthegrowthandphysiologicalproper-tyofdiferentwatermelonseedlingsandtheircompre
