1、機械設(shè)計與制造第l2期166MachineryDesign&Manufacture2014年12月汽輪機側(cè)齒汽封與梳齒汽封流動特性研究盛偉,李子超,肖增弘,孟召軍(1.沈陽工程學(xué)院研究生部,遼寧沈陽110136;2.沈陽工程學(xué)院能源與動力學(xué)院,遼寧沈陽110136)摘要:對汽輪機上側(cè)齒汽封和梳齒汽封進行建模,基于數(shù)值求解方法,用有限體積法對控制方程進行離散,并求解湍流模型的封閉方程組,在不同的進口壓力下,分析了側(cè)齒汽封和梳齒汽封的三維流動特性。分析結(jié)果表明側(cè)齒汽封并不一定優(yōu)于梳齒汽封,對于高低齒形式的汽封,梳齒汽封的密封性能較好,泄漏量較少,對于平齒形式的汽封,側(cè)齒汽
