2、;2.新疆農業(yè)大學農學院,烏魯木齊8300523.新疆農業(yè)科學院科研管理處。烏魯木齊830091)摘要:【目的】從不同作物根際土壤中篩選對黃瓜和番茄有明顯促生效應的植物根際促生細菌(PGPR)?!痉椒ā繌姆?、黃瓜、茄子、辣椒四種蔬菜作物的根際土壤中進行分離,測定菌株的促生能力,獲得優(yōu)勢廣適菌株,再根據(jù)菌體形態(tài)、培養(yǎng)特征及16srDNA部分序列分析進行鑒定?!窘Y果】共分離得到24株細菌菌株,經(jīng)平皿初篩,分別篩選出對黃瓜幼苗、番茄幼苗生長有顯著促生作用的細菌11和5株,再經(jīng)營養(yǎng)缽促生實驗篩選出2株對黃瓜、番茄幼苗均具有顯著促生作用的PGPR菌,經(jīng)16srDNA序列
