1、1998年3月北京體育大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)Mar.19g8第2l卷第1期JournalofBeijingUniversityofPhysicalEducationVo1.2lNo.1肘關(guān)節(jié)屈伸肌群等速肌力的測(cè)定與分析醫(yī)學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)I康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)的實(shí)踐提供參考,用BIODEX等速測(cè)力及康復(fù)系統(tǒng),測(cè)定了北京體育大學(xué)體育生物科學(xué)系9名男生時(shí)關(guān)節(jié)屈、伸肌群靜力和等速向心、等速離心不同運(yùn)動(dòng)速度的肌力。結(jié)果為:肘關(guān)節(jié)屈、伸肌群最太力矩與肌肉收縮方式的關(guān)系符合一般規(guī)律,即離心收縮大于靜力收縮,靜力收縮叉大于向心收縮。肘關(guān)節(jié)屈、伸肌群最大力矩,在收縮速度為6O?!?20./s范圍內(nèi),無明顯差異
2、,可選為慢速測(cè)試速度。如測(cè)定俠速肌力,速度至少提高到180,/s以上。肘關(guān)節(jié)屈/伸肌群力矩比率均值>1,即屈肌肌力大于伸肌肌力t但個(gè)體差異較大并根據(jù)肘關(guān)節(jié)屈、伸肌群力矩、最大力矩與關(guān)節(jié)角度的關(guān)系提出進(jìn)行直立位屈時(shí)力量練習(xí)時(shí).可取肩關(guān)節(jié)屈曲10?!?0。角的位置;進(jìn)行伸肘肌群力量練習(xí)時(shí),可采取直立位頭后上舉的抗阻練習(xí)。最大力钷角度ElhowExtensor-r~(ndFlexorsDaLKuanAbstractInordert0understandthe】awofthetorquerangeofelbo啊extensors/flexorsindifferentmo
