2、織中,Chkl蛋白、mRNA的表達水平依次升高,三者間兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);深層浸潤組食管鱗癌組織中Chkl蛋白、mRNA的表達水平均顯著高于淺層浸潤組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);有淋巴結轉移組的食管鱗癌組織中Chkl蛋白、mRNA的表達水平顯著高于無淋巴結轉移組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論Chkl高表達與食管鱗癌浸潤轉移有關。關鍵詞:食管鱗癌;檢驗點激酶1;浸潤;轉移中圖分類號:R735.1文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1672-3422(2014)09-0008-03.Relationshipbetweenexpressio
