2、織中，Chkl蛋白、mRNA的表達水平依次升高，三者間兩兩比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)；深層浸潤組食管鱗癌組織中Chkl蛋白、mRNA的表達水平均顯著高于淺層浸潤組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)；有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組的食管鱗癌組織中Chkl蛋白、mRNA的表達水平顯著高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。結(jié)論Chkl高表達與食管鱗癌浸潤轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞：食管鱗癌；檢驗點激酶1；浸潤；轉(zhuǎn)移中圖分類號：R735．1文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1672-3422(2014)09-0008-03．Relationshipbetweenexpressio
