7、:2015年6月4日;發(fā)布日期:2015年6月9日摘要研究基于自我決定理論,探討自我協(xié)調(diào)與員工創(chuàng)造力的關(guān)系。運(yùn)用分層線性模型,對來自不同行業(yè)83個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)449名員工的問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明:1)自我協(xié)調(diào)能有效預(yù)測員工創(chuàng)造力;2)創(chuàng)造力自我效能感對自我協(xié)調(diào)與員工創(chuàng)造力的關(guān)系存在部分中介作用;3)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者情感信任水平的提高,增強(qiáng)自我協(xié)調(diào)與創(chuàng)造力自我效能感、員工創(chuàng)造力的間接效應(yīng)。探討自我協(xié)調(diào)與員工創(chuàng)造力的關(guān)系可以為甄別影響員工創(chuàng)造力的個(gè)體因素提供理論指導(dǎo)。在未來的研究中可以進(jìn)一步探討自我協(xié)調(diào)等作為團(tuán)隊(duì)層次變量對團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)造力的影響作用,也可能存在其他重要
