4、的提取和純化研究進(jìn)展。天然大豆異黃大豆異黃酮是大豆生長過程中形成的一類次生代謝產(chǎn)物。大量研究表明大豆異黃酮在防癌抗癌、防治心血管疾病、預(yù)防骨質(zhì)疏松癥等方面有重要作用。本文主要對他的提取方法以及性質(zhì)作用進(jìn)行分析論證。關(guān)鍵詞:大豆異黃酮提取方法性質(zhì)作用研究Abstract:soybeanisoflavoneisakindofflavonoids,brieflyintroducedtheresearchprogressofextractionandpurificationofthephysicalandchemicalproperti

6、teoporosis.Thispapermainlyanalysestheextractionmethodsandpropertiesforhis.Keywords:natureofextractionmethodsofsoybeanisoflavone異黃酮是黃酮類化合物的一種,主要存在于大豆科植物中,是大豆生長中形成的一類次生代謝物。大豆異黃酮主要存在于大豆種子的子葉和胚軸中,種皮含量極少。目前已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)的大豆異黃酮共有12種,分為游離型的甙元和結(jié)合型的糖甙兩類。[1]甙元為其中的生物活性成分并且含量極少,占總含量的2%~3%
7、,分別為大豆黃素、黃豆黃素及染料木素。對應(yīng)的B一葡萄糖苷形式為:大豆黃苷、黃豆黃苷、染料木苷。另外還有較少的葡萄糖苷的乙?;衔锖捅;衔?。研究表明,大豆異黃酮具有預(yù)防癌癥、心血管疾病、骨質(zhì)疏松癥和降低婦女更年期綜合癥等生理功能。該產(chǎn)品具有廣闊的開發(fā)前景和新的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。第1章大豆異黃酮的提取方法在自然界中大豆異黃酮的資源十分有限,作為一種具有廣闊開發(fā)前景的藥用植物活性成分,如何高效率地提取大豆異黃酮、確定最佳的提取純化方法顯得尤為重要。近年來國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對大豆異黃酮的提取及分離純化工藝進(jìn)行了大量的研究,現(xiàn)將其主要研究進(jìn)展做
