1、新媒體輿論監(jiān)督畢業(yè)論文格式與內(nèi)容范文摘要隨著信息化社會(huì)的發(fā)展還有公民話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán)意識(shí)的覺(jué)醒，今天的社會(huì)輿論監(jiān)督平臺(tái)上活躍著這樣一批人，他們運(yùn)用以計(jì)算機(jī)處理技術(shù)作為基礎(chǔ)的新媒體，通過(guò)其特點(diǎn)與功能造就的全新的可能性采取一系列媒體監(jiān)督活動(dòng)，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)自身社會(huì)輿論監(jiān)督的基本權(quán)利，進(jìn)而影響甚至在某種程度上顛覆了傳統(tǒng)意義上的社會(huì)規(guī)則與結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)。從社會(huì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，這些人被稱(chēng)為“行動(dòng)者”，而決定和制約今天行動(dòng)者們輿論監(jiān)督特點(diǎn)與方式的最直接因素，正是新媒體的媒介形態(tài)與功能特點(diǎn)。新媒體輿論監(jiān)督有“準(zhǔn)、快、靈”的特點(diǎn)，有助于疏導(dǎo)社會(huì)負(fù)面情緒、有助于促進(jìn)公民意識(shí)和公民社會(huì)的形成、有助于有效地監(jiān)督社
