1、新媒體輿論監(jiān)督畢業(yè)論文格式與內(nèi)容范文摘要隨著信息化社會(huì)的發(fā)展還有公民話語權(quán)意識(shí)的覺醒，今天的社會(huì)輿論監(jiān)督平臺(tái)上活躍著這樣一批人，他們運(yùn)用以計(jì)算機(jī)處理技術(shù)作為基礎(chǔ)的新媒體，通過其特點(diǎn)與功能造就的全新的可能性采取一系列媒體監(jiān)督活動(dòng)，來實(shí)現(xiàn)自身社會(huì)輿論監(jiān)督的基本權(quán)利，進(jìn)而影響甚至在某種程度上顛覆了傳統(tǒng)意義上的社會(huì)規(guī)則與結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)。從社會(huì)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，這些人被稱為“行動(dòng)者”，而決定和制約今天行動(dòng)者們輿論監(jiān)督特點(diǎn)與方式的最直接因素，正是新媒體的媒介形態(tài)與功能特點(diǎn)。新媒體輿論監(jiān)督有“準(zhǔn)、快、靈”的特點(diǎn)，有助于疏導(dǎo)社會(huì)負(fù)面情緒、有助于促進(jìn)公民意識(shí)和公民社會(huì)
2、的形成、有助于有效地監(jiān)督社會(huì)主義法治和社會(huì)主義民主。但其自身與生俱來也存在著不可忽視的局限性，這就要求在以下三方面加強(qiáng)對(duì)其監(jiān)管：加強(qiáng)新媒體的輿論監(jiān)督與引導(dǎo)能力、完善對(duì)新媒體輿論監(jiān)督的法律和規(guī)則、建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德規(guī)范體系，規(guī)范網(wǎng)民言行加強(qiáng)對(duì)網(wǎng)民的網(wǎng)絡(luò)素養(yǎng)教育、誠信與公德教育，形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德公約。關(guān)鍵詞:新媒體；輿論監(jiān)督；網(wǎng)絡(luò)民意參政；行動(dòng)者話語權(quán)；2ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofinformationsocietyandthecitizenrightconsciousness,theplatformtodaysocials
