2、和2株真菌1作為指示菌,采用瓊脂擴(kuò)散法篩選抗菌活性菌株,采用基于l6SrRNA基因序列的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析和生物學(xué)特性研究對(duì)其中抗菌譜較廣且抗菌活性穩(wěn)定的菌株進(jìn)行初步分類鑒定.結(jié)果67株菌具有抗菌活性,陽性率為53.2%,抗菌譜較J'且活性較強(qiáng)的9株,占受試菌株總數(shù)的7.1%.經(jīng)過形態(tài)觀察,生理生化特征及基于16SrRNA基因序列的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析表明,9株具有較強(qiáng)抗菌活性的菌株分別屬于芽孢桿菌屬(Bacillus1,鹽芽孢桿菌屬(Halobacillus),短桿菌屬(Brachybacterium1,擬
