2、設(shè)計(jì)要求確定行星減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和各個(gè)傳動(dòng)部件的尺寸，根據(jù)滾筒的結(jié)構(gòu)形式選擇制動(dòng)裝置為帶式制動(dòng)，并對各個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)零部件進(jìn)行校核等等。絞車通過操縱工作閘和制動(dòng)閘來實(shí)現(xiàn)絞車卷筒的正轉(zhuǎn)和停轉(zhuǎn)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對重物的牽引和停止兩種工作狀態(tài)。設(shè)計(jì)中絞車內(nèi)部各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分均采用滾動(dòng)軸承，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活。JD-0.5型調(diào)度絞車采用行星齒輪傳動(dòng)，絞車具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、剛性好、效率高、安裝移動(dòng)方便、起動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、操作靈活、制動(dòng)可靠、噪音低以及隔爆性能、設(shè)計(jì)合理、操作方便，用途廣泛等特點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞：調(diào)度絞車帶式制動(dòng)行星輪系GearingtypeminehoistschedulingofdesigneeTutor:ee[Abs
