2、rdancewiththelawofthepeople'sRepublicofChinaonLandAdministration(hereinafterreferredtoasthelandadministrationlaw).ThesecondchapteristheownershipanduserightofthelandSecondofthelandbelongstoallcountriesthat:allthe(a)thecityurbanland;(two)ruraloutskirtsandthecityhasbeenconfiscated,expropriation,requisi
3、tionforstate-ownedland;"(three)thelandrequisitionedbythestate;(four)donotbelongtothecollectiveforestland,grassland,wasteland,withbeachesandotherland;"(five)theruralcollectiveeconomicorganizationsofallmembersoftheurbanresidents,theoriginallandbelongingtoallthemembersofthecollective;(six)duetostateorg
4、anizedmigrationandnaturaldisasters,makingcollectivemigrationafterthefarmersintotheuseoftheoriginalnolongerbelongstothetransferoflandcollectivelyownedbypeasants.TheThirdcountriesimplementthelandregistrationandcertificationsystemaccordingtolaw.Landownershipandlanduserightsregisteredbylawareprotectedby
5、law,andnounitorindividualshallinfringeuponit.TheThelandregistrationcontentandthelandownershipcertificatestyleareunifiedbythelandadministrativedepartmentofthestatecouncil.TheLandregistrationinformationcanbepubliclyinquiry.TheToconfirmtheownershiportherighttousetheforestlandandgrassland,andtoconfirmth
6、erighttouseandraisethewatersurfaceandtidalflats,respectively,inaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheforestlaw,thegrasslandlawandthefisherylaw.TheAllofthefourthpeasantcollectiveland,bylandregistrationbylandowners,landadministrativedepartmentsofpeople'sgovernmentsatthecountyleveltothelocationofthel
