1、濕法提取五氧化二釩的工藝研究摘要本文研究了從綠泥石中提取五氧化二釩的最佳工藝及最佳工藝條件。首先,對(duì)陜西某地的綠泥石進(jìn)行了焙燒和室內(nèi)浸出試驗(yàn),確定了該礦石經(jīng)預(yù)處理后礦石浸出率提高的條件,同時(shí)也確定了浸出率與浸出時(shí)間、溫度、液固比和焙燒過(guò)程的相互影響條件,并且試探性研究了從綠泥石中無(wú)污染地提取五氧化二釩的工藝。最后,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果并結(jié)合原礦石的性質(zhì)選定最佳工藝,即采用鈉鹽焙燒-水浸的工藝。根據(jù)原礦石的性質(zhì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)中釩的轉(zhuǎn)浸特點(diǎn),本文還采用萃取-反萃取的提釩方法。本文確定的提釩工藝具有污染小、工藝操作簡(jiǎn)便、生產(chǎn)工藝穩(wěn)定、工
