2、P)溫敏凝膠制備工藝的優(yōu)化,為緩釋載體的研究提供基礎(chǔ)。方法:通過考察殼聚糖的脫乙酰度(degreeofdeacetylation,DD)、殼聚糖質(zhì)量、β-GP濃度和pH,選取β-GP濃度和pH為星點(diǎn)設(shè)計考察因素,膠凝時間為考察指標(biāo),對結(jié)果進(jìn)行多元線性和多項式擬合,效應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化工藝,并以神經(jīng)生長因子(β-nervegrowthfator,β-NGF)為模型藥物,考察CS/β-GP溫敏凝膠的緩釋性,初步探討其釋藥模型。結(jié)果:根據(jù)復(fù)相關(guān)系數(shù)可知,因素與指標(biāo)之間的最佳擬合方程為三次多項式,最優(yōu)工藝:β-GP濃度為511.51mg·mL-1,pH為7.08,膠凝時間為6.23min。且
