1、GSP質(zhì)量管理1.1.1企業(yè)質(zhì)量方針與GSP自查醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)每年都需要制定相應(yīng)質(zhì)量管理方針，并針對制定的質(zhì)量方針進(jìn)行檢查、考核、評審、跟蹤、整改等工作，也就是根據(jù)質(zhì)量方針目標(biāo)的PDCA循環(huán)，保證質(zhì)量方針的執(zhí)行和完善。PDCA循環(huán)就是指質(zhì)量方針的計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、檢查、總結(jié)。見：企業(yè)質(zhì)量方針與GSP自查流程示意圖。企業(yè)根據(jù)GSP的要求結(jié)合自身的經(jīng)營特點(diǎn)，每年制定各經(jīng)營部門的各季度的質(zhì)量方針目標(biāo)，每季度針對各部門制定的質(zhì)量方針目標(biāo)進(jìn)行部門企業(yè)質(zhì)量目標(biāo)檢查和自查，生成《企業(yè)質(zhì)量方針目標(biāo)檢查表》、《部門質(zhì)量管理制度執(zhí)行情況自查表》、《企業(yè)實(shí)施GSP自查評審表》、《崗位質(zhì)量職責(zé)考核表》等報(bào)表；企業(yè)依
2、據(jù)檢查與自查結(jié)果，進(jìn)行審核、評審，生成《內(nèi)部質(zhì)量管理體系審核報(bào)告》、《質(zhì)量體系內(nèi)部評審記錄》等評審結(jié)果，根據(jù)評審結(jié)果下達(dá)《質(zhì)量整改意見通知書》，并對《質(zhì)量整改意見通知書》下達(dá)的問題改進(jìn)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行跟蹤，生成《問題改進(jìn)和措施跟蹤記錄》。通過以上的流程，對企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系、質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)進(jìn)行管理和考核，規(guī)范企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理行為，保證企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理制度的貫徹和執(zhí)行。1.1.2首營管理首營管理是醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理業(yè)務(wù)的源頭，起著把關(guān)的作用，主要包括對首次經(jīng)營商品、合作單位的報(bào)審、核查、審批的過程，以及年、季度的采購計(jì)劃管理。belimitedtonomorethan2daysofwork,mate
