1、畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))汽車內(nèi)飾件的注塑成型工藝分析與模具設(shè)計(jì)摘要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,塑料注射成型已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車行業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要地位。對于注射成型,塑料模具的設(shè)計(jì)至關(guān)重要。在塑料材料、加工工藝確定后,塑料模具對實(shí)現(xiàn)塑件加工要求、塑件使用要求和塑件外觀要求,起著不可替代的作用。本文以汽車內(nèi)飾件為具體實(shí)例進(jìn)行注塑工藝分析與模具設(shè)計(jì),除了工藝分析計(jì)算,還包括Moldflow成型過程模擬和UG模具設(shè)計(jì)。通過工藝分析計(jì)算,選擇合適的注塑機(jī),合理設(shè)計(jì)模具的模架、澆注系統(tǒng)、成形零件、導(dǎo)向定位機(jī)構(gòu)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、側(cè)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)及
2、冷卻系統(tǒng)。利用Moldflow分析軟件進(jìn)行充填、料流、翹曲和冷卻模擬,優(yōu)化成型工藝參數(shù)、澆注系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng),提高模具的質(zhì)量。同時(shí),應(yīng)用UG的Moldwizard模塊進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì),充分運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,提高設(shè)計(jì)效率。關(guān)鍵詞:澆注系統(tǒng);側(cè)抽芯;冷卻系統(tǒng);Moldflow分析;優(yōu)化73畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))InjectionprocessanalysisandmolddesignofanautomobileinteriorAbstractWiththedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,plast

5、SimulationandUGmolddesign.Throughtheprocessanalysisandcalculation,wecanchoosethesuitableinjectionmoldingmachine,designthemoldbase,thefeedsystem,formingparts,position-orientedinstitutions,Demouldingagencies,sidecoreslideandcoolingsystemrationally.UsingtheMold
6、flowsoftwaretosimulatetheprocessoffilling,materialflowing,warpageandcoolingforthepurposeofoptimizingthemoldingprocessparameters,thefeedsystemandcoolingsystem.Then,wecanimprovethequalityofthedie.Atthesametime,withtheapplicationofUG'sMoldwizard,wecanmakefullus
