1、西南大學(xué)榮昌校區(qū)商貿(mào)系2012級公共事業(yè)管理專業(yè)學(xué)年論文面對企業(yè)人才流失的淺析西南大學(xué)榮昌校區(qū)商貿(mào)系內(nèi)容摘要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和科技的進(jìn)步,知識經(jīng)濟(jì)日益加深,人才資源成了企業(yè)發(fā)展的第一要素。擁有高素質(zhì)的人才,是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),而威脅、危害企業(yè)之根,莫過于人才流失。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使得人才的流動(dòng)日趨加快,尤其是國外企業(yè)在中國市場的搶灘登陸,更讓國內(nèi)企業(yè)的精英骨干紛紛流往國外。國內(nèi)企業(yè)要想生存與發(fā)展,如何吸引人才和留住人才便成為至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié),誰在人才競爭中取得優(yōu)勢,誰就能在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中取得領(lǐng)先。作為企業(yè)
2、管理者,必須清醒地認(rèn)識到,降低員工流失率,保持企業(yè)核心員工隊(duì)伍,才可以保持員工在企業(yè)發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定性,避免給企業(yè)造成巨大的損失。本文從人才流失給企業(yè)造成的負(fù)面影響著手,追尋企業(yè)人才流失形成的主要原因,最終給出企業(yè)應(yīng)對人才流失的管理方法。并從宏觀、微觀包括企業(yè)和個(gè)人角度分析了人才流失的原因,并且根據(jù)該企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,分析了國內(nèi)企業(yè)目前人力資源現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,得出了影響該企業(yè)人才流失的主要原因在于薪酬、培訓(xùn)、工作壓力等。就此,并提出了一些適當(dāng)?shù)慕鉀Q方案。Abstract:Withthedevelopment
