2、聊城、壽光、章丘四個地區(qū)的西紅柿、黃瓜大棚,韭菜、白菜菜地,大蒜、大蔥種植區(qū)采取的120份土壤樣品中分離獲得木霉244株。對峙培養(yǎng)發(fā)現(xiàn)其中對棉花立枯絲核菌具有拮抗能力的有114株;固體培養(yǎng)檢測木霉的解磷和固氮能力,發(fā)現(xiàn)所有菌株都能夠水解植酸鈣,有74株能夠水解磷酸鈣,未發(fā)現(xiàn)能在無氮培養(yǎng)基上生長的木霉菌株。對抑菌圈和解磷圈最大的19株木霉在液體培養(yǎng)條件下檢測了解磷和解鉀能力,其中菌株T13-8(1.792μg/mL)、T23(1.652μg/mL)顯示出較高的解磷能力,部分菌株在液體培養(yǎng)條件下不能解磷;部
3、分菌株在液體培養(yǎng)下顯示出解鉀功能,其中菌株T47-4(20.585μg/mL)顯示出較高的解鉀能力。上述19個菌株的形態(tài)學(xué)和ITS序列分析鑒定表明,其中9個菌株為Trichodermalongibrachiatum,8個菌株為T.harzianum,另外2個菌株分別為T.virens和T.citrinoviride。關(guān)鍵詞:多功能;木霉;解磷;植酸酶;解鉀AbstractIsolation,screeningandidentificationofmultifunctionalTrichodermaspp
