1、仙靈骨葆對兔膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療作用的研究作者:程潭,張柳,李震,李強(qiáng),穆樹林,田發(fā)明,劉永強(qiáng)【摘要】[目的]研究仙靈骨葆(xianlinggubao,XLGB)對兔骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎關(guān)節(jié)軟骨及軟骨下骨的保護(hù)作用。[方法]30只3個(gè)月齡雄性日本大耳白兔,隨機(jī)分為對照組(Sham)、鹽水組(ACLT+NS)和仙靈骨葆組(ACLT+XLGB),每組各10只。鹽水組和仙靈骨葆組行右膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶切斷術(shù)(anteriorcruciateligamenttransaction,ACLT)造成膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎模型。術(shù)后仙靈骨葆組125mg/(
2、kg·d)灌胃;鹽水組則給予等劑量生理鹽水。6周后處死動物,取股骨測量骨密度,之后脫鈣制片,行HE染色、Mankin評分及BMP-2、MMP-13免疫組化染色;取右膝脛骨近端包埋,制成硬組織切片,用于骨組織形態(tài)計(jì)量學(xué)測量。[結(jié)果](1)Mankin評分:仙靈骨葆組顯著低于鹽水組。(2)股骨遠(yuǎn)端骨密度及脛骨近端軟骨下骨骨量:仙靈骨葆組均顯著高于鹽水組。(3)免疫組化:仙靈骨葆組MMP-13的表達(dá)顯著低于鹽水組,BMP-2的表達(dá)顯著高于鹽水組。[結(jié)論]仙靈骨葆125mg/(kg·d)灌胃能夠部分阻止骨關(guān)節(jié)炎兔關(guān)節(jié)軟骨的退
